-In recent years, we have undertaken a couple of en-bloc exercises.  And we are likely to embark on such again in the future.  In the meantime, we can't put everything in suspension while pursuing something with uncertain realisation date/year.  Instead, we can and should look into ways to enhance our living environment.  If/When en-bloc does happen years down the road, we would have extracted years of benefits from whatever projects we undertake today.
